Enkonduke de la Shannon-a teorio pri kanala kapacito kiel mezuro de la maksimumo de malpreciza informacio estas klarigite: Intuicia aliro montras, ke la nombro sub binara logaritmo estas nombro de distingeblaj fortecgradoj. In 1948 Shannon founded
the information theory. Originally developed for application in communication
now it is used in various fields of science. The paper represents as well an
intuitive approach as the problem of optimization demonstrated with the
important example of optimal filtering. Last not least the unsolved problem of
consideration of semantic aspects is shown.

Theory of Supersigns in the Frame of Educational Informatics (Summary)
There
exists a interdisciplinary exposition about the concept of
"Information" since the development of Cybernetics in the sixties.
The research in mathematical information theory led to several applications in
not-mathematical context. The scientific acceptance of these approaches is
discussed critically nowadays.
In the historical process (Hartley 1928, Wiener 1948, Shannon and Weaver 1949) the measure of information developed into a function of the decoding or encoding repertoire. In 1968 Lansky constructed a recursive theory of supersigns and founded his theory of subjective information. With this theory a formal decription of phenomenons of human learning is possible.
To
applicate the theory of supersigns may be a central activity of educational
informatics. The reason for this is the influence of databases and knowledge
based systems. In our project "Information-theoretical analysis of knowledge
and ability acquisition - specifically in the field of information and
communication technologies" we understand information as a subjective
measure to characterise the growth of human knowledge. The further formation of
the theory of Lansky leads to formal concepts and mathematical definitions of a
knowledge hierachie. The recursive construction takes into account the changes
of repertoire during the human learning process.

Semiotic hyperbola functions (Summary)
If we substitute Bense’s „Theoreme of Semioticity and Onticity“ by the newly introduced „Theoreme of Consciousness and World“ we get a transclassical sign function that converges differently than the classical sign function. Besides the functions y = 1/x und y = –1/x other hyperbolic functions can be used to describe immanency and transcendency in a mathematical-semiotical manner.

Europanto, a joke or a Europaen tendency? (Summary)
The offices and interpreters of European Union Center at Brussels are using some kind of mixture of the officialy languages: French, English, German, Dutch and Italian are the most known. About 1990 one of the interpreters, Italian Diego Marani, started to wrote funny texts in this mixture, which received the name „Europanto“. A lot of articles and some books in Europanto were very well accepted in Belgium and in Western Europe, because of the official language policy (every European is supposed to learn foreign languages). Now, Europanto seems to be much more or a merely joke, but a real tendency to become a lingua franca in everyday life within the European Union. We analysed two textes with words originatig of French (16%), English (24%), German (11%), Dutch (15%), Italian (4%), mixture of these (4%), wrong (5%) and unknown (21%) and asked some persons in Belgium if they understood them. We didn’t find the Europanto better than e. g. Esperanto.
